Vaccine Information for children
Dear parents, Cranbourne Primary School is hosting Unique Medical, who will be providing free vaccinations to students outside of school hours in our Community Hub.
Booking, organsising and giving permission for these vaccines is organised by parents, not the school. The school will never give vaccinations without parental consent. Vaccines are highly recommended to keep you and your children safe from Covid-19, but they are not mandatory.
If you are interested in having your child vaccinated free of charge, please review the information below.
Vaccinations will be taking place on Friday 4 Feb from 3:30 to 7:30. Bookings can be made online and information about vaccines, as well as booking instructions can be found below.
How to book online for School Vax
1-A guide for parents, guardians and carers
2-COVID-19 vaccination planning for young children
3-COVID-19 vaccines for ages 5 to 11 Frequently asked questions
4-Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine for children aged 5 to 11 information for parents and guardians
If you have any questions, please contact Unique Medical, Cranbourne.
